Your first time of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be recorded with no charge attached. Subsequent cancellations with less than 24 hours noticed will be charged 50% of the service amount. ALL no shows will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to provide the service. If I cannot accommodate you or adjust your service, the same cancellation fee will be charged. I will try my best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable myself to inform my standby clients of any availability, keep my schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of my established and future clients.
